Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, right by the lakeside with breathtaking mountain views, but the rooms, on a high floor without a lift, faced noise from early morning food deliveries. The staff was exceptional in arranging discounted transport and tours, making up for the lack of Wi-Fi during our stay.
I had a wonderful view over Lake Geneva and the hotel was perfectly situated by the lake close to many attractions. The room was on a high floor in an old building without a lift and shared a telephone line to the reception, which was good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and a few issues. The rooms were stylish with a lovely lake view, but unfortunately, they were very noisy with the chandelier shaking when people walked around. Check-in was delayed, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although some seemed like they were just going through the motions. The location was perfect, right by the tranquil lake shore, offering beautiful views. The dining options were good overall, with delicious meals and scenic views but limited choices. The facilities were adequate but could be better equipped for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel offers a wonderful lake view and maintains a classic style, though some upgrades are needed. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet. The service is exceptionally friendly and efficient, offering various amenities. The location is fantastic, steps away from shopping and city sights. The dining experience is average but service staff are efficient. Overall, a lovely stay with room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was like being in a stately home with a balcony view towards Mont Blanc, but the old style AC was quite loud. The location was wonderful, close to the main center of Montreux and Chillon castle, offering amazing views and proximity to shops and the train station.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were generously sized and very comfortable with a well-equipped large bathroom, and the sea view from the fifth floor was fantastic. The stained carpets and lousy WiFi were a few drawbacks, but overall, a beautiful room.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, though not exuding luxury, were generously sized, very comfortable, and provided a fabulous view that shielded me from the summer sun. The location, right on the banks of Lake Geneva, offered a stunning and convenient setting. However, the dining options, although good, were not worth the extra cost.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered lovely views of the lake but were located in an old building on the third floor without a lift, and the smell of cigarette smoke and mustiness was quite off-putting. Nevertheless, my room had the amazing lake view I requested.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were decent with a balcony, though some improvements could be made. The service was top-notch, exceeding my expectations. The location was absolutely stunning with the lake and the Alps as a backdrop. The dining variety could be better, especially for specific dietary needs.
